SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Obsidian Signature Co. Each item is made to order especially for you. Please review the following information regarding production, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is included in the listed product price. Customers will not be charged a separate standard shipping fee at checkout.

If expedited or international shipping options are offered, additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT

Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Production may take longer during holidays, new product launches, periods of high order volume, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment operations.

ESTIMATED U.S. DELIVERY

After production is complete, standard U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 3–4 business days.

Most U.S. orders can be expected to arrive approximately 5–9 business days after the first business day following the order date. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

During holidays and high-volume seasons, customers should allow additional time for production and carrier delivery. Delays may also occur because of severe weather, carrier backlogs, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the control of Obsidian Signature Co.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update its tracking status.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products within the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please verify the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before placing an order.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at [business email]. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not shipped, but changes are not guaranteed after production begins.

If a package must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is delayed, please review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for an update.

If tracking has stopped updating and the order has not arrived, contact us at [business email]. Potentially lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the shipment and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement or refund.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address entered with the order.

  • Check around the delivery location and with other household members.

  • Contact nearby neighbors or building management.

  • Contact the local carrier or post office for delivery information.

Obsidian Signature Co. is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we will make a reasonable effort to assist with investigating the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and applicable costs are displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country. Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.
